The brief

One day. Build an agent that does real work.

A one-day, in-person hackathon for people building agentic software. The theme is wide open. The only rule is that it has to do something: automate a job you hate, wire an agent into a system that was not built for one, ship the tool you have been putting off for months.

If it runs and you can show it on stage, it counts.

What "does real work" looks like
task: reconcile last week's 412 invoices against the ledger
plan: pull the statements, match by amount and date, flag the rest
tool: gmail.search from:billing@ has:attachment newer_than:7d
tool: sheets.read ledger!A2:F1200
matched 397 flagged 15 wrote report.md
tool: slack.post #finance "15 invoices need a human, list attached"
done in 6m 12s
